Jackson is the new inmate that gets Big Dog Derek Hale as his cell mate.

This is a complete AU set in a prison (though it does not have a lot of the prison trope type stuff, it’s just the backdrop for this fic). I love the simplicity of this, just a moment of connection between two people who have had their lives fucked over.

This is a story about Jackson Whittemore. It starts when he is eleven years old, and ends on a cold cement floor in the basement of a burned-out house.

This fic has an interesting spin on the omegaverse, but the real selling point for this fic is the character study of Jackson. I love the look at his motivations in canon and how they can be translated into a different type of universe where the source of his inadequacy issues is clearly defined.

Don’t often see dom!jackson, despite all his bravado in the first few eps. This is a rare beast with Jackson basically dirty talking his way into Derek’s pants. Though the fic does end before any action takes place. boo.

The sex is pretty rough at points (including Jackson being taken dry with zero prep... I just mentally added a bit of lube in there. yay for werewolf healing powers).

Love messed up Jackson, and in this fic he is a perfect disaster and incredibly sympathetic. I love the subtleness of Stiles/Jackson here, nicely done.

And mixed up with all the lace and finding himself, he is in three very complicated separate relationship with each of Lydia, Stiles, and Derek in which they all know of each other somewhat... It’s really all a hot mess that somehow works.

He can follow the path, starting with the hospital and finishing here, closely examining various moments along the timeline as they lead him inevitably, inexorably to this specific point. The pieces are all there; it’s the big picture that doesn’t add up.

I really loved the build up to the relationship here. Lots of awkward 'is this really happening?' stuff going on in Stiles head, and not a lot of unnecessary explanation/talking it through on either Lydia or Jackson's part.

Summary: Of course Derek wants to mark his territory in public - Derek rimming and fucking Isaac over the hood of the Camaro, set early S2, before either of the other Pack Hale betas were bitten.

Hot like burning and just the right amount of feels. Even though this is just a PWP, I LOVED the Isaac characterisation. There was a lot of depth there in his conditioned belief that there are all these ‘rules’ of what he is allowed to do and not and Derek in Alpha mode adds a mess of confusion to all Isaac’s issues.

I wasn't sure if this pairing would do it for me without a third person in the mix but FUCK. Young!Derek learning ~the ways~ from Uncle Peter is HOT. As is the gratuitous self-lubrication ... idek how or why that is so hot. but yeah. This author works it to full advantage.

This is a rare Scott/Derek, made even more rare with Bottom!Derek, Submissive!Derek. This really worked for me because Scott doesn’t take to the role of Alpha easily and Derek understands himself well enough to know he's not a good leader and not comfortable in that role. The fic takes its cues from Scott's first full moon in S1 (as this will be his first full moon as an Alpha), rather than the every day adorable puppy dog Scott. The whole scenario was hot.

This fic was fabulous! Long enough to have some real depth to it, great characterisation on both side and a lovely slow burn for Danny and Stiles. And that its a believable storyline for S3 is a bonus.

Summary: Okay, so maybe Danny's type is Serial Killers.

Mind the warnings on this one. It is definitely different. Stiles is not just BAMF in this, he is sadistic. And Danny gets off on it. It’s definitely a journey into OOC-land, but Stiles does have moments of ‘can’t we just let him die’ in canon, so … it’s up to the reader how OOC they find it. I was really in the mood for something completely out of the ordinary. Also, it’s very readable, but it would benefit from a beta to catch a few typos/extra words.

Summary: written for the prompt: Danny is an intelligent guy. No, really. He flatters himself that he's pretty observant, and really, you'd have to be blind not to see that something has been going on for the past year or so. Danny hasn't figured out what it is, exactly, because everyone's being cagey about it, but it's definitely there...

I really loved this look at Danny who was seeing way more than everyone thought he was. His concern for Stiles’ bruises was heartwarming. The result was a sweet, sweet fic.

This was written for my prompt: Danny sees Stiles at a gay bar and asks him to dance to make his ex jealous, only things get a little out of hand when he realizes Stiles is really into it and is not so straight as Danny thought. It is a really delightful fic that is a bit of character study of both Stiles and Danny and the result is so much better than porn. <3

I loved this Erica. She was fabulous, and Stiles and Erica really worked for my as a couple. This fic has a surprising amount of sex and UST for PG-13, so warnings for fade-to-black, but the fic is plenty hot, if not explicit about it. I would love to see this type of Erica next season. (I'd love to see the threesome as canon, too but yeah.)

I adore this gen fic. I love Sheriff Stiliniski and this fic is just everything I love about him. So so well done, looking deeper into Sheriff and Stiles life together, but also Isaac and how much Isaac would benefit from a father figure like Sheriff. I kinda need this to be canon.

Derek gets kidnapped and Sheriff accidentally gets taken along with him. I love these two together, and Sheriff asks such great questions and Derek is so sincere in his respect of him. There is implied Derek/Stiles, but it’s mostly a charming gen piece about a crisis situation and two great characters playing off each other perfectly.

NEW! This Is Going To Be A Three 'Dude' Conversation by Dusk

Summary: "Dude," Jackson said, and Danny stopped what he was doing, because when Jackson started sentences with 'dude', he was either about to share something deeply personal or about to try and get them expelled for excessive pussy jokes, and Danny had problems with both of those options.

This is a fun gen fic, that is simply a conversation between Danny and Jackson about Stiles. Very amusing. (even with the random * instead of italics)

Gen (Sheriff, Stiles, Derek, Melissa) (2k) [PG-13, warnings]
Summary: Stiles will keep his father alive by any means necessary.

This is a perfect example of how powerful gen fic can be. Sometimes we forget (or at least I forget) how wonderfully satisfying a story can be simply for the characters and the story itself without the need for x/y to get together. That said, this fic is gorgeous in the story it tells of Stiles faced with his father in the hospital and severely injured. Read the warning if you aren’t sure. They are in the notes at the end of the fic.

Summary: It would be wrong to pretend that Jackson doesn’t plan. By the time he’s standing in front of the maternity ward, hood drawn up over his head, he’s got it as figured out as he can.

What can I say? Messed up Jackson stealing the baby of the woman Matt killed and running away... OMFG. My heart. I'm not much for kid fics in general. But there is something so wonderfully and achy in the idea of Jackson, totally messed up Jackson, seeing himself in this orphaned baby and stealing her and fucking up his own life even more to give her something better. This is beautifully done, touching and healing type of fic.
