I have made no attempt to live up to the incredible depth of Manna's Administration universe. I have simply touched the surface of the Toreth/Warrick relationship and infused parts of their dynamic into Harry/Draco and the HP world. I also stole Sara, and shamelessly tweaked her role to fit with this fic. This fic keeps all of DH canon, minus the Epilogue. It is intended to be comprehensible to anyone who has not read the Admin Series.
