Mexican Tortilla Soup for vaysh

My darling vaysh11, I have very few vegetarian recipes. This one likely lacks protein, but I'm sure you'll know how to tweak it to meat meet your needs.

This soup is a fantastic thing to serve at a small gathering. It is very social meal in that you spend a lot of time passing bowls to each other as everyone finds their perfect bowl of soup. Also: Delish!
