so... here's chicken. I'm having it tonight as a matter of fact. It's sweet, but not sickly sweet. I love to add baby carrots to the dish while it's baking. They come out delicious and save on the effort of making a veggie side. I like this with french fries, the salt cuts the sweetness of the chicken and carrots.

Betty’s Chicken

½ cup of brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
4 garlic cloves
2 tbs. soya sauce
½ to ¾ cup of honey

Place chicken in a deep pan, and put ingredients over chicken one at a time. Cook 1 hour uncovered and turn every 15 minutes.

[livejournal.com profile] rickey_a - this is a Gluten free recipe that your kids might like better. :D

Betty's my mom, btw! *squishes her*

I'm terribly behind on comments, but I'm so thrilled that you guys are enjoying these recipes. Your comments and food discussions are very appreciated.

[Poll #1494886]

heh. I closed the poll because Cassie was right, why am I even asking?

I don't know what to write - Harry/Draco? Draco/Teddy? Draco/James? Draco/Al?
Or what genre... I want to do something completely different, if I'm going to do this... like a comedy? IDK!!! Or a pairing I've never touched like Draco/Teddy... with PLOT? *meep* plot! I suppose it's necessary with 20k, eh?

Will think on it for the next while. :D
