Merry Christmas!!!

♥ Hope everyone who celebrates had a happy Christmas! ♥

I'm back from visiting my parents (I was so busy right before Christmas that I forgot to tell anyone besides my co-mods that I would be off to the land of no wifi).

Anyway! I'm back! and ugh... shitty christmas was shitty. My parents had too many ppl down for Christmas so we ended up staying at my aunt's condo which is a floor below my parents. And somehow on Christmas eve we all got sick. Like super-duper fever+can't leave the couch+delirious+Why are we out of kleenex SICK.

It was awful. Missed Christmas dinner. Missed Christmas morning and playing with toys. We couldn't even spend time with my parents because of the risk of getting them sick. D:

And there is nothing worse then being at someone else's house and being sick. This morning we got up and heard a storm was coming, so our window of opportunity to drive home safely was very short so we packed up and got the fuck out of there. (after disinfecting my poor old aunt's condo.)

Oh my God, that's fucking horrible!!! I hope you're all better now, though, and I bet well and truly in need of relaxing after all that :(

As a matter of fact, I DID go to the beach! Well, two days before Xmas, anyway. It was awesome! There is a marina being built at our beach about 10 minutes away, so we wandered down for a peek. Xmas was quite traditionally European though, together with all the food I remember from my childhood. Had a really lovely Xmas Eve at my Dad's.

I can understand how you feel though- it's horrible being sick, but going through it away from home is a kind of torture :(
