yet another my life sucks post

marguerite_26So my Eldest finally got over his cough enough that we are confident he is on the mend. However, my Littlest started throwing up everywhere yesterday. :/
So... yeah. I literally started laughing how fucking insane everything is right now (as I scrubbed the carpet and cleaned the washroom for the third time in 24hrs).
To add to everything it's Grey Cup Sunday! Which means nothing to 90% of you... But around here it's a big fucking deal. It's basically the Super Bowl of Canadian football (which is like American football, but also not. Different rules, different size field, ... )
Anyway our family are huge Canadian football fans, and huge Toronto Argonaut fans.
and this year is:
- the 100th Grey Cup
- in Toronto (ie: close enough for us to go)
- with the Toronto Argonauts playing.
It couldn't get any more awesome.
except for the fact that we've all been so sick. :/
Anyway, Eldest (ie: the biggest little Argo fan that ever was) is well enough, and Mr. M. managed to get tickets and la! they are off to the game! \o/
I'm very excited for them.
It'd be a bit more awesome if I wasn't home cleaning up puke and basically wanting to die because I'm still not over my stupid cold.
wow... lotsa whining but I feel better now that I got all that out. if you made it through that, thanks for listening. <3
