I like a good Stiles voice (sometimes people over do it), and a Derek who is not too fluffy (and we shall avoid the standard fur joke here LOL).
(you nailed both perfectly in the Curiosity fic by the way)

I generally am not a fan of AU but 1001cranes has a couple great ones.
Hot porn is always good of course :)

Really though, my bulletproof thing is good writing and good characterisation.

Angst is something that works fine in limited quantities. But I've seen it horribly overdone too.
