random things!

I'm super stressed. Like the sort of stress where you make random mistakes like putting the dirty dishes in the freezer. >.> About a million RL things are happening this week and this weekend I'm hosting a family 'thing' at my house. (cue me freaking the fuck out that my baseboards are dusty. wtf self?)

However, awesome things:

1) hd_fan_fair! Prompting opens TOMORROW (9AM Eastern) for the HARRY/DRACO CAREER FAIR. If you are looking for prompting idea's... there is dysonrules's JOB IDEAS FOR CAREER FAIR. Which is a gdoc with 100 different possible careers to inspire your prompting. ♥!!!

2) First Time Fest has produced so many beautiful fics I don't even know where to start reccing. I don't think you could go wrong with reading them all. ;)

3)I've decided to return to Team Lust for summerpornathon! fyeah LUST! So happy to see a few returning faces and so many new ones! *flails*

4) Insta-rec: Gamut @ hs_merlin Merlin/Arthur [Nc-17] (13k)
Summary: Arthur is a recruiter for a branch of the Special Forces and goes to give a talk at Ealdor High School. Merlin is in the audience.

Fabulous world building and also this list of warnings: size!kink, military jargon, soulbonding, age gap (Merlin is 18, Arthur is 29), virgin!Merlin, dirty talk, mild D/s, mentions of war, some violence (not sexual). It was pretty awesome.
