I love this dorky Merlin who sets upon this task knowing he's doomed to fail. He's pretty adorable in his self-awareness about the fact that being awkward and gay and not-at-all attracted to Elena, he's really, really unlikely to steal her away from rich, gorgeous Arthur. But he gives it his best. sort of. Really fun read.
