I woke with a nasty sore throat this morning, so Mr. M decided to take both boys into work with him (they love going in because his work has iPads for them to play on) anyway...

suddenly I have a quiet house and the afternoon to myself.

I have tea and my laptop and my notebook full of words I am determined to type in.

ahahahhaah... no. no pets. hubby is allergic to cats and isn't a fan of dogs. so.

but trust me the carpets been vomited on by my kids many times. also there are ground in chocolate chip cookie bits in several spots. possibly the camera caught a good angle. :)

Kids? Pah! *LOL* A cat can decimate your house in SO many more ways than mere children. (and they look so cute! *G*) All our doors are scarred and pitted like something from the Exorcist, because one of our cats likes to slowly claw her way up them to sit on the top of the door.

Plus there are little bits of white cat litter everywhere, like fairy-dust from a REALLY crap fairy. Because they sit in the tray and then suddenly get a bit of an itch somewhere and decide to have a good KICK...

Really, go on, sod the husband, have a cat, really...I can post him...
