Another [livejournal.com profile] gwaine_quest rec! I'm loving that fest. :)

Aqua Pura by [livejournal.com profile] angstslashhope (7k) [NC-17] Gwaine/Merlin, Gwaine/Merlin/Arthur
Summary: On their way home from the quest, Merlin, Gwaine and Arthur stop for a dip in a lake outside the Perilous Lands.
This fic was hot like burning, slipping right into canon as a 'missing scene' after they find the trident. Sexy skinny dipping with Merlin/Gwaine already pretty cosy and Arthur a funny on to nail down, an outsider, a voyeur – is he jealous or overwhelmed by Gwaine's hands all over his manservant? A really interesting dynamic and I loved the enigma that Arthur was in this fic.

And thank you to [livejournal.com profile] nympha_alba and [livejournal.com profile] vaysh11 for the jelly beans. NOM NOM NOM.
And to [livejournal.com profile] isisanubis and [livejournal.com profile] filmateleven for the tin hats (sorry for the late thanks)

And since we are on that topic... Let me show you the polish on my tin hat

I'm feeling crappy today so I'm going to go hide in my bed for the next forever with A Binding Contract and a cup of tea for company.

I just finished A Binding Contract and will now go to bed with a happy smile, replaying it in my head, blissfully ignoring the work that wants me to spend yet another night at the office. Hope you'll be feeling less crappy soon!

hee! I read A binding contract in about 8hrs. by brain was just fried from doing nothing else but staring at the tiny font I print in. :) So worth it. :)

And thank you! I feel much better today.

Totally worth it; I can't believe the quality of that fic, and I'm not always a fan of modern AU; writers often don't manage to transpose the characters and their specific way of talking and, well, being, into other scenarios, but this, seriously. The whole storyline framework was pure genius.

I read it...in...in the library. Bcs I'm shameless.
