A huge THANK YOU to everyone for your overwhelming loveliness this past week. I’ve sat and stared at my computer screen for ages trying to find the words... but they are beyond me. This feels incredibly self-indulgent, but I really must say thank you in this way.

"Of course, sire," Merlin murmured, tugging at the chain attached to the bedpost to make sure it held.

"But because it is your birthday, and I happen to be a most benevolent monarch, I'm letting you carry out this little fantasy of yours."

"And enjoying it quite a bit," Merlin put in cheekily, glancing at Arthur's cock, which was already stiffening in interest at the proceedings.

"Yes, well," Arthur cleared his throat. "Can we get on with it now?"

"But the night is young, my lord, and I don't feel like hurrying at all," Merlin replied, and he kissed his way down Arthur's arm before turning away and rummaging in a cabinet.

"Is that--is that the hat I made you wear?" Arthur queried.

Merlin turned back, the feathered monstrosity in hand. He plucked out one of the feathers and held it in his fingers, stroking it gently, a wicked gleam in his eyes. "It is indeed, my lord. It is indeed."

I just want to say thank you so much to everyone for your posts, comments, emails and PMs. They really made my day (my week!) spectacular. I haven’t finished replying! And if there is any chance that I have miss replying to thank you it’s because I have zero organizational skillz, atm. My apologies. But I adore you. So much! *twirls you*
