Summary: When Death Eaters find their way into the Hogwarts portrait collection, the Headmaster is forced to work with the Head Auror to find a way to protect the castle, including their own children.
A nice plotty fic, with Draco as Headmaster of Hogwarts (I do love unusual careers!) and I think the author made the situation quite believable. Harry as Head Auror must work with Draco to investigate a threat to the school. Very interesting portrait explanations and magic. And hot, hot sex. :D

Summary: Finally doing something about his failing magic, Harry is relieved to find out his illness can be fixed. But an unexpected side-effect might produce some surprising results.

Epilogue compliant? Uhm… not really. Harry's an Auror, but that's about as far as it gets – no kids, no wives.
Word Count: approx. 10k
This is a charming fic with hot sex and plenty of giggles. A very fun read.

Summary: Harry has become very good at lying. To himself.

Excellent fic! Plenty angsty, but loved the perspective and the description of everything that was happening and how each person reacted a bit differently. A nice open ending that left me quite satisfied.
Title: Fragile Pleasure Here on Earth I Find
Pairing(s): Harry/Draco
Summary: Sometimes, Harry looks at Draco, and sometimes Harry knows Draco is looking at him, and there are even times when they see one another between the shadows, silhouetted in pain and shaking in despair. It is in these latter moments that Harry knows something is wrong inside him. It is in such moments Harry wants to reach for Draco, whether out of comfort or pity or some deeper connection. Knowing this, he hesitates.
Rating: R
Warning(s): switching POVs, present-tense, angst
Epilogue compliant? Well…this is set before the Epilogue, so it could go either way. I'd like to say it is not, though.
Word Count: ~5,000 - with bonus art!
first: Gorgeous, gorgeous art in this fic. At the very least, click to see that. :P And while you are there, there's no reason not to read the fic. It's only 5k! Great language in this fic, lots of beautiful imagery and I adore the concept of Hogwarts bringing in a Mind Healer to help 'rebuild' the students while they rebuild the castle. Harry and Draco's reaction to the Mind Healer was dead perfect. The whole thing just worked for me and the style made for a fresh read.

Entrenous gave it an Editor's pick at QR and it caught my eye, and I'm thrilled that I gave it a chance. Yes, 20k. But this fic will stay in my head long after the hols are over. I will class it as one of the best of the season, for sure. Give it chance.
