4) I wrote out 3k of my hols fic in my notebook ALL IN PRESENT TENSE. Now I have the horrid task of flipping the tense while I am typing it in. I have a feeling my beta is going to murder me for all the shit I'm going to miss. eta: It is not that I don't want to write in present tense, it's that the first half of the fic is all past tense. :D

10) Anybody out there that has not yet read Small Blessings? it is sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. It's a kids and snowball fights and hot chocolate kind of fic. :D

I'm in the middle of editing a 60,000 word fic and mentioned to one of my betas it needed to be checked as I'd changed tense during one rewrite, and she said "Oh but surely that's a detail you can worry about later?"
