Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I am very behind on reccing for hp_springsmut, but I needed to do this one, especially today.

Summary: Seventh Year at Hogwarts was not what Seamus expected: Snape in charge, Death Eaters teaching classes, and Dean missing. How can he find his way when he's feeling so very lost?

Word Count: 2,000+-ish

I've never read a Dean/Seamus before. Like NEVER. But this one was recced a couple times and the summary caught my eye so I read. Seamus's voice in this fic rocks. I'll admit I'm terrible at voices and accents. When I read, I hear Harry and Draco talking with Canadian accents. I'm sorry, it's true. No matter how British the wording choices or spelling, I hear 'ice lolly' like a Torontonian is saying it. Even Fleur can't manage to be French in my head. [as an aside, this is why Rai's podcasts make me nearly orgasm each time I hear Draco say Fuck because, yeah, baby that's how it is supposed to sound.] Anyway, this Seamus had a fantastic voice without any real effort on my part. And then there is the fic: Seamus being alone at Hogwarts in 7th year, with Dean on the run, never knowing if the next Potterwatch was going to announce his best friend's death. Really great stuff. Well worth the time to read 2k, and grab a bit of Irish love today.
