DOLLHOUSE! TONIGHT!!! WOOT!!!

*rubs hands together*

A show that I can watch on my TV, at the same time as everyone else! Not on DVDs, not downloaded and watched on my computer weeks after it airs.

I can check my flist an hour after it airs and see what people think. (!!!!!) This hasn't happened since... um... When did the last Joss Whedon show air? The last episode of Angel? May 19, 2004?

Yeah. I was five months pregnant with my FIRST kid. yeah. That was the last time I was actually excited to see a show on my television set.

I'm going to go program my VCR.
Wot? I still have and USE my VCR. Shut up. TV has been dead to me since forever.

aah but you see, until a month ago i was relying on my old skool vcr ;) i just got the pvr and it's been the smartest purchase in ages!

LOL! I wish I had a DVR, though I do still use my VCR to watch some old VHS tapes I've got....

I'M SOOOOO looking forward to "Dollhouse" too! I never really saw any of Joss' stuff on TV...I didn't have the channels during that time (aka: lived in the middle of nowhere. almost literally), BUT NOW I DO!!! I was actually kinda surprised to see it was going to be on...I mean, I heard at one point that it wasn't going to going to get a full green light, even though the pilot got filmed...

It was good, I think. First eps are always a little shaking so it's hard to tell. I was really thrilled with what we got.

I will watch! Someday! We don't have tv access (just dvd/vcr ability) so I can't watch with you. But yeah. I'll watch. I saw your recent (today??) post about your dollhouse squee and I couldn't read it for spoilage. Glad you loved it!!!

It has a lot of potential, but it'll be a slow build I think. I'm sure you'll enjoy the dvds when they come out. *g*
