Ah, poor Draco, walking that tightrope of friend-wanting-to-be-lover, and then Harry wants him, too. I love the kiss amidst the daffodils. And I have this backstory in my mind that Harry has long broken up with Ginny, and begged her to come with him to Draco's birthday, because he meant to kiss him and didn't know what kind of response he would get from Draco.
