I like AO3 for ease of uploading and the ability to attach ridiculous tags. Reading is good too, but searching is almost impossible.
My fic situation there is a bit funny.. :) I get a reasonable number of hits when I upload a bunch of fics together, but very few comments/kudos, so I'm like, but if you don't like the first one you click on, why check out the others too? But the kudo situation is slightly better if I only upload one thing at a time, and for the batch uploads, a few will trickle in later, eventually, so I'm more or less ok with it.
