*stalking comments a little SORRY* Can I just jump all over this for a second, in a flaily way, because YES, THIS, I thought this too, and sort of died a little at all the underlying, not-quite-stated angst, riiiight? Because, we know that Scorpius is feeling insecure in the relationship, but it's never entirely stated why, and YES! YES! they're both available! So it doesn't have to be a dirty little secret, except he's Al's friend and roommate and that could be hugely weird and I adore being not in Harry's POV, so we have no clue wtf he thinks he's doing, hiding his gorgeous young bf away from everyone and making him feel like shit about it, but also it somehow totally fits how Harry would be worried about what people would think, and and IDK, I love that all that is there, in the background almost, without beating us over the head with it.
Okaaaay, that was more of another flaily comment for Maggie, not arguing with you, Scarlet! You just sparked my remembering of something subtle that I loved so much. :)
