Yes, canon!Arthur really does love to force Merlin into things, just for the fun of it, it seems. Then again, who can blame him really. Merlin does 'humiliated' so adorably. *squishes him*
I do have a longer fic in this vein all written in my head, to which this could be a first scene. So, maybe someday (once I get all my other writing commitments out of the way).
