After receiving a scary-ass owl from Draco Malfoy's lawyer all the Potters and the Malfoys (and Snape because he refused to be shuned,even after that little snake incident that we do not talk about) and we are happy to say they came to an agreement.
Harry has offered to have sex with all of them, in turn. They will have special rooms, (we'll call them comms, just for fun) in which they can pair off. Harry promises to never mention where he has been last unless he uses and Infidelity warning. They have even agreed that while Harry is busy in one room, the left over Malfoys/Potters (and Snape!) can enjoy themselves as they wish.
Everyone has agree that as long as sufficient lubrication is provided in their rooms, they will accept that Scorpius can have is own room.
