I’m going to die, Stiles thinks, remembering the last time he saw Peter Hale standing over the trunk of a car. I’m going to die, and no one will make my father eat his vegetables, and he’ll die of a heart attack before they even find my body.
Peter kidnaps Stiles. Meanwhile, a series of gruesome murders has the Argents and Derek’s pack working together.

Great characterization. Witty dialogue. Interesting plot. AND Peter/Stiles. God, I love a fic that gives good Peter. There are warnings for dub-con here but it’s all pretty consensual, imo, and shockingly in character while consensual. So that’s impressive. While I would have enjoyed a few more thousand words to stretch out the ending, this was a really great read.

Summary: There are some salvageable things though. A virtually untouched heavy slate sign that says, engraved in an ornate script that confirms at least one person in the Hale family had a sense of humor (Stiles has a horrible suspicion it might have been Peter), When You Stop Believing in Santa You Get Underwear.

This is such a perfect ensemble Christmas story. It’s sweet and funny and full of squishy feelings. It’s not too fluffy, not too angsty. Just the right mix of everything for this time of year.

Summary: Drag Queens are kind of like werewolves in that they periodically transform into something that can kick your ass. In this AU, Stiles is an up-and-coming drag queen, Miss Julia Styles, who must transform a butch guy into a passable drag performer in order to win a cutthroat competition. Enter Derek Hale, the nightclub's bouncer and the only guy willing to lend a hand.

This is a non-werewolf AU with Stiles as a drag queen. Possibly you are saying WOT? but idek... this totally worked for me. And it was really hot and different. And charming. They were plenty enough in character that despite the fact that you might think this fic would be crack, it’s totally not.

so... I was wondering if anyone has decided to run a fix-it/reincarnation fest? If it would encourage ppl to write, I might be interested in hosting. BUT if people are already writing and drawing and inspired then a fest is not necessary. If I were to do one it would be prompt based (with an option to write your own prompt) and self-posting (ie: not anon). SUPER CASUAL. Any thoughts?
