This is a bit of PWP that is brilliantly satisfying. It’s the little touches that makes a PWP rise to something that really works for me beyond just... porn. This one has a several of them: great characterisation, fits so well with the feel of that episode, intensity, lovely details and burning hot sex. Great read.

High-school AU. I really enjoyed how faulted, how young these characters are. They are not canon Merlin, Arthur in their twenties and with the weight of a kingdom on their shoulders. These are two teenagers, who make mistakes and say stupid things and yeah... aren’t the models of great judgment. I love silly high school boys being naughty and emo and they had just enough 'meant to be!Merlin/Arthur' for me to find this just brilliant.

THE FALCON is MINE!!! And it's beautiful. Oh, god!!! The detail that you just can't get from the scan... and sitting on my mantel with the angle I'm at... Merlin's little half-smirk is just SO. Damn. Brilliant. And I get to see it ALL. DAY. LONG.
