I have such a thing for well done kink!fic and the author just NAILED this one. Great emotion, fantastic intensity and the author made the kink HOT LIKE BURNING. And the kink itself is so mild, nothing worth warning over but I want to know why this kink isn’t a staple in every fandom. It’s brilliant and this fic is so ingrained in my head (after reading three times now) that I squirm in delight at just the thought of it.

Summary: When Arthur’s mouth gets him in trouble with a psychotic faerie, it’s Merlin that has to save him from himself again. Will either of them be able to cope with Merlin’s new situation – and will they be able to reverse it?

Something about Arthur adoring a cat is really endearing. Arthur adoring a cat that is actually Merlin is just damn awesome. I love that this new situation allows Arthur to give and accept affection that he normally would not be able to (and not like that! No bestiality in this sweet fic).

Summary: Merlin, in the wake of his breakup with Will, allows himself to be dragged off to the Midsummer Festival, an annual week-long SCA camping event run by the Barony of Camelot. Here he meets Arthur Pendragon, Prince of Albion –handsome, popular, and a complete prat. Merlin hates Arthur, Arthur hates Merlin; it is all perfectly simple, until it isn’t anymore.

This is a modern AU but it blends in the feel of canon by being set during a Festival where it’s Merlin job to act as the servant of to the prince (who turns out to be gorgeous, and a prat – but you knew that already, didn’t you?) Lots of lovely UST, with emotionally stunted Arthur and confused and oblivious Merlin.

Summary: Ever since the first time he looked at Harry he knew it was over. But Harry wasn't so easy to figure out. Scorpius was sure… But then usually he wasn't sure, and that was the trouble with Harry.

This FIC!!! THIS FIC!!! It's just grabbed my heart and owned it. I think Snarky captured older!Harry perfectly, knowing and mature and slightly jaded while still being romantic, in his own way. And Scorpius is all ♥___♥ and then, me too, I was all ♥___♥ LOVED IT!
