Next Gen Kids Canon Guide - Final

If you see anything missing or know it is incorrect: please comment, ask questions and point me to missing information. My plan is to get this list as complete as possible for anyone wanting to get into writing Next Gen fics but feeling nervous about what is canon and what is fanon. Or just a quick guide if you want to double check your canon without re-reading the epilogue every time.
Please note: I am trying to avoid subjective stuff like: Albus is shy and nervous; James is brash and cocky. Or anything that can be/should be inferred from what we know of their parents. That is really up to an author/artist's discretion. The stuff below are the cold hard facts, unless otherwise stated.
