something -genesis, right? I've searched through ep summaries but they don't use the actual term.

I would definitely love your opinon on characterization. I have plenty of people who can do spag, but fewer people to just read it for an opinion.

Also, if you were interested in Oz fic recs (to help find your voice) I'd be happy to poke my very buffy-friendly flist for good Oz examples.

Oh, if you could do that, that would be infinitely helpful! :) Or if you know someone on your flist who would be a good beta for Oz!fic, that'd be good, too.
