In Chamber of Secrets, chapter: The Duelling Club.
There's Snape waspishlysnapishly implicitly mocking Lockhart as they 'tutor' at the duelling club. Anyway, watch the subtext not in the dialogue, but in the actions of their scene. Gilderoy challenges Snape, they sort of duel, Gilderoy says his wand is a little over-excited. Too easy. Lockhart makes a 'complicated sort of wiggling action' and drops his wand. Snape smirks.
Allusion: PREMATURE EJACULATION. That whole transaction is one implied alpha posturing/masculinity mocking scene. It's just subtext buried under all the text.
