But yes, guess where I stole the title? ;) When I hear the word "fireflies" (or "Glühwürmchen" in German) I immediately think of that anime, so when I read the prompt, I knew it would go into that direction in some way.

Dudley - I have such a soft spot for him, and I'd so like to see him mature and overcome his parents' ridiculous ideas after what happens in canon.
