On reading others' comments, it occurs to me that you might want to know why I'm here, what the preferences are...?

I came here via Merlin, discovered to my utter delight that you proved to be an amazing portal back to my first love HP and that reading recced fics might be much, much less frustrating than trawling by myself. While trying to be totally snarky and aloof, I have a really soft spot for h/c, especially if it takes the forms of A/M and H/D, but also H/S and H/LM. Credible, true-to-character dialogue will always win me over, as will various kinks connected to power shifts and D/s.
