Gakked from faithwood. I don't use LJ Notes currently. I am also terrible with names! In RL and on LJ. This is a bit of brilliance to help be through this serious issue I have where LJ user ids are often just a bunch of letters mushed together that make my mind go blank. *cries*

LJ Notes meme (it's a meme now, faith)

I'd love to use the LJ Notes feature as a reminder of who exactly you are and what you love and what you don't like because I like knowing things about people; it helps me remember them better.

So, friends, new and old, tell me one thing about you, whatever you want (it can be just your nickname, or "I hate bananas," or something more substantial) just be aware I will add this to LJ Notes and I will see it next to your username every time you post a comment.

Old friends, this means you, too.

So... tell me!!! Especially stuff like: I'm Canadian, too! or if you are here for Merlin or HP or both or like... are an old friend from elsewhere ... IDEK.

Oh, it's a dessert over there where you are, right? It might be quite sugary then. I got myself addicted to it when I started writing up - my gran and my mother keep making it for me and piling up jars, because I might stomp through the house at night, spoon in hand, book under the arm, testily demanding to be fed.

On reading others' comments, it occurs to me that you might want to know why I'm here, what the preferences are...?

I came here via Merlin, discovered to my utter delight that you proved to be an amazing portal back to my first love HP and that reading recced fics might be much, much less frustrating than trawling by myself. While trying to be totally snarky and aloof, I have a really soft spot for h/c, especially if it takes the forms of A/M and H/D, but also H/S and H/LM. Credible, true-to-character dialogue will always win me over, as will various kinks connected to power shifts and D/s.

I've never written H/R! But I have read a fair bit. A lot of Merlin fics remind me of that dynamic, Best friends that just 'get each other' that finally start kissing. :DDD
