See the thing is I don't think Gwen IS in love with Arthur yet. She loves the man she sees in him but at this point its almost platonic and sort of has to be. On the other hand Arthur is basically ham-fisted in love with her breasts and cuteness and right now I don't mind that Gwen is trying to get some from places that can't really hurt her in the long run.
