Hmm, what story are you most proud of that you've written?

What is your ideal H/D fic? What is your idea M/A fic?

YES!!! OPEN to all for both prompting and writing. You don't need to prompt to write or write to prompt.

I think I am most proud of Savage because I'm typically a 5-10k writer. It's a length I'm comfortable with. I'm a character writer not a plot writer, so that length bodes well for a mini-character journey. But Savage was plotty and almost 20k. It was a whole different animal (pun intended) that I didn't think I would be able to pull off successfully. So, yes. Savage. *preens*

Ideal fics??? That's hard because do you mean something I've found or something I'm always looking for? A bit of a bulletproof kink type thing, like I LOVE jealous!Arthur seeing Merlin for the first time as something more than just his dorky friend.

That type of 'ideal' HD is harder because I'm so deep in HD love that I find it hard to think of one above the other. Like I LOVE a funny, romantic, plotty fic like Faith's Draco Malfoy's Lucky day. Or an epic plotty, universe building fic like Rom's Double Edge Sword, But I also love angsty omg!ihateyou! fics like Bry's tree in winter (or whatever that one what called. LOL)

I shall read Savage. I remember it being recced quite a lot. <3 My H/D love comes and goes, so even highly recced fics don't get read by me unless I'm in the mood.

Can I have a link to the Bry fic you mention? AngstyOMGIHATEYOU fics that turn into acceptance are my favorite kind of h/d fics.

The well has run dry for me for Merlin fics. *weeps* I have to keep looking. Or at least put up more recs. Or write my own fic. My energy is so low today. (check my last personal filter post)

OH!!! I read two AMAZING Merlin fic in the last two days. AMAZING!!! will be writing up recs soon. but for now, I found this:

And I have read a bunch, but I hadn't read the first three on the list and they were all great. #2 and #3 ESPECIALLY. amazing fics.

Number one shares our love of jealous!arthur, but the POVs were just massacred. it was tragic. But the fic is good enough that I am reccing it even though it made my brain ache with all the pov rules broken.

Basically it's Arthur in Hollywood trying to get a big break and Merlin is his boyfriend. She does a crossover with characters from Entourage, a show I've never seen, but I didn't need to in order to enjoy the fic. Anyway! Just read it, it's got some of the hottest sex scenes I've read in ages. And the characterizations translated surprisingly well.
