Oh yes! That makes sense! I thought maybe Scorp was imperioing Harry now and again when he thought he could get away with it and then using Draco the rest of the time and Draco was maybe willing because of the bit about "the strangely familiar taste of Harry." For some reason, I thought that when "Harry" was rough, it was Draco NOT under imperius, but playing along. But Romaine's version makes much more sense - of course "harry" knows exactly what Scorp needs, Scorp's telling him what to do! Ooo, and now it's even creepier! *shivers delightfully*

Okay, I'm going to have to read it a third time now that it's all clear!
